We offer the processing of various materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) and plastic. Our high-quality switchgear can thus be adapted to your specific requirements.
Machining of flat and bevelled workpieces
Our service includes the machining of both flat and bent workpieces. The maximum bending height is 70 mm. Machining sizes range from 100x100 mm to an impressive 2400x1550 mm.
Machining of indivisible enclosures
Even enclosures that cannot be dismantled are no problem for us. We can easily handle enclosures with a machining size of 1250 mm x 1600 mm.
Standard processing options:
- Drilling: Our highly qualified employees are able to carry out precise drilling with a diameter of 3 mm to 8 mm. This enables you to flexibly configure your switchgear.
- Threading: We are proficient in thread forming from M4 to M8, so that threaded connections can be made without any problems. This ensures a secure assembly of your components.
- Milling: With our milling techniques, we can realise a wide range of shapes. Whether simple circles, rectangles or complex free contours - we precisely implement your individual design requirements.
